Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Good sized apartment in old property which has been nicely restored. Quiet Town with easy access to great sites Nice pool

Negative: On day of arrival got text message from owner requesting payment for linen and towels of 60 euro via personal paypal when this had already been paid via Booking. Refused but leaves negative vibes. Security Deposit was not released for THREE weeks. Could have been done within a day of leaving the property by pressing a single button according to Swickley! Towels provided inadequate. The two bath towels provided were the size of hand towels. We were told this was maximum size of towels. No hand towels provided. When asked for a couple more towels, given 2 bidet towels after 3 days. Apartment sold as 'sleeps 3' and indeed there is a sofa bed, but curtains are very flimsy with little privacy and not suitable for sleeping in that room. Evening sun makes the room very hot. Bed positioned on wall where there was no power for one of the bedside table lamps. No BBQ tools. Great size cupboard in bed room which would benefit from a hanging rail.

Summary: Comfortable stay in a great location, let down by annoying minor issues which could be easily fixed
