Originally built in 1908, this home was completely renovated in 1991 after infamous Hurricane Hugo. Traditional beach house features 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, an elevator, outdoor shower, screened porch and hammock. Primary bedroom and all the living spaces are located on the main level. Guests of this home often fall in love with the tongue and groove wood interior and the relaxing front porch. Plenty of parking along with two spaces underneath the home. Landscaping and cleaning fee included with rental. Fully furnished with complete kitchen, two refrigerators, pantry, extra bed linens and towels, all appliances and cleaning supplies. Outdoor shower has hot and cold water. Elevator: ground-level to first floor. One month rental minimum.
