This cottage has been completely renovated by Joël, the owner, who recently installed new shutters made from chestnut wood from Tarn-et-Garonne, and a balcony in one bedroom. Joël's parents moved to this hamlet in 1946 to expand their dairy farm. The owner's mother baked bread in the living room oven. From the cottage, a trail leads into the forest (a lake and wildlife observation post). Fishing is possible in the lake. Located in the countryside in the heart of the Comminges-Pyrénées region, close to many tourist attractions: the Garonne River is 3 km away (the Way of Saint James, the Via Garona hiking trail connecting Toulouse to Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges, the TransGarona cycling trail connecting the Val d'Aran to Toulouse), the Boussens train station is 6 km away, the Aurignacian Forum Museum is 9 km away, the Bonnefont Abbey in Comminges is 9 km away, as are Martres-Tolosane and its earthenware, the casino, thermal baths, and golf course of Salies-du-Salat are 11 km away, the Cazères water sports center (wakeboarding, buoy towing) is 17 km away, and Saint-Gaudens is 26 km away. - On the ground floor: living room with kitchenette and sitting area (fireplace with its authentic bread oven), separate toilet. - On the first floor: 2 bedrooms (2 single beds (90cm)) (1 double bed (140cm), bathroom, separate toilet.
