Its access without stairs, which is not negligible since the access is made directly by this raised floor and less than 2 minutes from all the shops in the neighborhood. Private access to the sea is from the residence, and a cove for swimming or relaxing is located below the residence.
You will have at your disposal a loggia with this breathtaking view and located due south, this is extended by a 22m2 terrace. It offers a perfect setting to relax after a day spent in the sun.

A bus line leaves from the station and stops 150m upstream from the apartment; all you have to do is let yourself go down towards the sea. This same bus serves the port and the city center.
All shops are 2 minutes away: The district known as "de la Corniche" borders the city beaches; effervescent in summer, it offers several kilometers of sand between the sea and the Etang de Thau, each beach offering its atmosphere, as well as a shopping street for all daily needs. For amateurs, a casino is located 150m from the apartment. The neighborhood is welcoming and very well connected to the city for more urban activities.
