Two large and sunny terraces on each side (north/south), not overlooked, with view of the cathedral St Just and the La Clape massif. Two large bedrooms and one spacious living room with kitchen. Closed parking lot. Large bathroom with shower and two washbasins. One separate toilet.
On the other floors under the loft, there are some office space where people work during the day but leave in the evening which then guarantees a complete tranquillity of the building.
The apartment has a very soothing atmosphere and is not noisy at all. After long and hard days, it welcomes you with comfort and relaxation.
The terraces are also very intimate and peaceful places where you can enjoy a good glass of wine.
