Villa Ancone benefits from an exceptional view of the sea and the hills of Pévani. In addition, it has access to a small heavenly beach and a jacuzzi (optional).
The Villa is made up of 3 bedrooms each with a bathroom.
Weekly summer rental of a waterfront villa (with small independent beach) in Ancona (Calcatoggio) - 30 minutes from Ajaccio to the north (Gulf of Sagone).
Single-storey villa (160 m2) fully air-conditioned and heated for 6 people 1km from the magnificent Liscia beach. Close to all shops and water and mountain activities.
Including:
- 1 large main room living/dining room/fitted American kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, vitro hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee makers, island, lots of storage, large table for 10 people, 1 real sofa bed comfort, 2 independent armchairs and a large flat screen TV).
- 1 saddler/laundry room with cumulus, washing machine, drying racks and storage.
- The “master suite” with 1 160 cm bed and 1 independent bathroom with bathtub. Sea view.
- The “zen” room with 1 160 cm bed and 1 bathroom with walk-in shower.
- The large “New York” bedroom with 2 90 cm beds and a separate bathroom (walk-in shower).
It is also possible to add a 90 cm bed (150 euros extra) or a baby bed (free).
- 1 independent toilet + water point.
-2 covered terraces (100 m2), one with sea view, the other with mountain view and protected from the wind.
- Fenced land of 4,000 m2 with private parking, flower garden, furnished outdoor space (tables, chairs, sun loungers, armchairs, parasols) and direct access to a small beach (cove).
